In this strategy for African development - is recognised, the dangers of "mineral wealth" and that Africans, must exercise "Restraint" and be "Patient" - and be "Prepared" - "to endure" - "self sacrifice" - if necessary - for She, is a continent - surrounded by sharks - and within, fierce hyenas dwell.  So the treasures - must remain in the ground - until CONTINENTAL UNITY. 

 

This is no fanciful statement - but a declaration of geopolitical strategy.  Those African Nations, whose leaders - do not take heed to this warning - shall again - be devoured - and your territories - remain as corpses.

The second aspect of this geopolitical strategy - is that - while our ancestors' wealth - and our children's futures - remain in the ground - we do not remain idle!!!

Our treasures are buried in the ground - but our heads must remain held high - in the sky! - but not in the clouds! - we shall reject "bogus" - whimsical offers of trade - which seek to lure from us - our treasures - so that we may once again - remain impoverished - however, this time - for a "millennium" or more ... how else - do you think - they seek - to found - THEIR GOLDEN AGE!  - THEIR 1000 YEAR REICH! - ...

No - our head is not in the clouds - but in the SKY - and with TRANSCENDENT MINDS -
