(3) AFRICAN STATES & LEADERS -
"THE CONTINENTAL BURIED TREASURE STRATEGY"
“Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto treasure hid in a field; the which when a man hath found, he hideth, and for joy thereof goeth and selleth all that he hath, and buyeth that field.”
Matthew 13:44, KJV
A consideration, even at this point in time of American global strategy - in relation to the world in general and Africa in particular, makes it clear - that things have significantly changed under the Donald Trump second presidency.
As a result, approximately 80 years of Global Diplomacy has been abandoned and there is a "new ordering" - which is currently underway. So dramatic is this "new ordering" - in its revolutionary conception - it would be no exaggeration to say that - International Relations and Global Diplomacy - has been turned on its head.
Africa, must now consider its position within this "new ordering" - even as the foundations settle.
One can take two instances for example - where in dramatic focus, these revolutionary changes and the dynamics created by such changes - can be seen.
BURIED TREASURES STRATEGY
GEOPOLITICAL ANALYSIS
Trump's "Peace Deals" - are woeful and not worthy of that name.
They bring neither "Peace" nor "Justice" - they provide neither "Order" nor "Stability."
Therefore, it is unnecessary to consider the intricacies of such "peace manoeuvres" - made by his administration in general or even in any particular instance.
Why? - It is because, they lack an overarching principle - or even any instance of a rule, as guide.
They lack any cohesive understanding, save for one thing - this is the "humiliating of the spirit" - of the protagonists concerned - since "The Peacemaker" - is in reality - a "No-Peacemaker!"
What is the evidence for this statement? It is the fact that there is no semblance of peace anywhere. .
At the very highest, if one were to be charitable, his efforts have left the world desolate of leadership, of a governing principle and ethical purpose - there is nothing but -"Pieces of Peace" and a great deal of war!
The threats - the bombast and the arrogance - have hurt The Peoples of America.
He has turned his nearby oceans - into a "bathtub" - wherein, he plays with his boats - a deadly game - take Venezuela.
How can you take the lives of the innocent in a war and call it just? This is the "humiliating of the Spirit" - of which I speak. The constant degradation and humiliation of the "Spirit." It finds extension in its application - to the 'Nation State.' Granted, not all Nation States.
Those regarded as "great powers" (Russia, China) - those regarded as "dangerous" (North Korea) - are "feted" - to the point of obsequiousness. Gold.
But for the weaker - there is nothing but iron! - iron words and action. Degradation and theft!
Theft of a Nation's resources, whether through connivance - bogus contracts and agreements or just plain stealing - "We're gonna keep it" (Trump's comment following the seizing of Venezuela's Oil.)
One sees further examples of this misbehaviour - in the Ukraine and Africa - the attempts to broker peace in the Congo - "Pieces of Peace." For pieces of gold - he is "No Peacemaker" - but a betrayer - a betrayer of former allies and friends.
This shall be a feature of this administration and therefore Africa, continentally and individual African States in particular, should prepare themselves for this. A new onslaught.
Hence, The Vanguard's advice to African leaders - "Leave your minerals in the ground" - try not to talk about them - let them remain the proverbial "elephant in the room." Should you fail to do this - you and your Peoples shall regret it! -
"PIECES OF PEACE"
TRUMP'S PEACE DEALS
As a consequence of Donald Trump's "2025 National Security Strategy" - it is quite clear what is playing out, within the European (Eurasian) continental mass. Russia is now an American ally.
Those African States therefore, who feel that they have fled the "imperialism of The Old West" - America included - must now re-evaluate - your relations with your former allies.
In particular, Russia - which played a pivotal role in the colonial struggles against the former West. It was to its strategic advantage to play this role - but now things have changed.
It too is trying to re-establish itself and when States try to "establish" or "re-establish" - "Power" - territorial aggrandisement is almost always an inevitability. Weaker States - should therefore beware.
THE EUROPEAN
CONTINENTAL MASS
Russia and America are now allies and with China - there is the very threat of global domination, by three "ill-suited partners" - who may none the less, create a "Global Triumvirate" of the "great powers" - of this Age.
Ideologically mismatched and driven by pure power considerations, its "ordering" - will be capricious and haphazard.
Africa must take note - but similarly, for what it is worth, you could also take some heart - since you are not the only ones to despair this major geopolitical development.
GLOBAL
TRIUMVIRATE
As a consequence, there will be "inevitable" - "transitional chaos" - "disorder and confusion" - which is already evident - this is the "flux-state dynamic" - which shall be the "source of infinite potential" - if African leaders have the "patience" and "ability" to exploit it.
"The Dismantling Of The White Power Matrix" - is already under way - Europe is now a "proto-enemy" of America and there is every prospect of a "long war" in Europe - as "old foes" square up for conflict.
Germany and Europe in general, are preparing for war - Russia is already prepared. Will Europe see a "Second European 30 Year War" (circa 2025-2055)?
As European Nation State structures - "splinter" and "crumble" - internal societal and political structures, fracture. That prospect is very real.
Who shall fill the power vacuum? Will some outsider - some "dark stranger?"
That is the thesis at any rate, of the second Trump administration. Trump's "2025 National Security Strategy" - makes that very point - "civilizational erasure" - clear. What of Africa in all this?
THE DISMANTLING OF THE
WHITE POWER MATRIX
The vaunted isolationism - exceptional destiny, which many Populists in America preach - is in fact, the foundations of a new Empire.
Take not lightly or whimsically, talks of Golden Ages. Metaphysically - esoterically and occulted - Golden Ages are of approximately a thousand years.
“And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.”
Genesis 2:2, KJV
“But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.”
2 Peter 3:8, KJV
The Trump populist mission - is very much an esoteric / occult project. Behind its White Christian Nationalism, is its "civilizational posture" and its belief and intent to govern and rule the Planet. This is Americana.
Whilst the roots of its antagonism with its "power elite," which it terms "The Deep State" - will front a White Christian Nationalism. Its ambitions go well beyond the Western hemisphere it has already claimed, as is part of its Monroe heritage - now "Donroe." This movement must be seen in a "Cosmic Light" - because its founder's which comprise Oligarchs, such as Peter Thiel - have an understanding of such projects, just as they have an understanding of its technological aspects - "The Tech Bros."
Whilst these features may not be a "new appendage" to "neo-liberal capitalism" - its dominance is unprecedented. These "Tech Bros" - "business" and "financial" - "esoteric" and "occult" - are the foundations of this Western Populist Movement. They are aware of this "Dismantling Of The White Power Matrix" and like the Roman Emperor, Constantine The Great (AD 306-337) - seek to found "a new Roman capitol - for an old Empire." Constantine founded Constantinople, which became the basis of the Byzantine Empire, which outlived Rome, by over 1000 years. This is the "Constantinian project" - which only those who understand 'Transc-geopolitics' - are able to see - this is what is meant by "Trump's Golden Age."
AMERICANA & EUROPE -
"TRUMP'S GOLDEN AGE"
Then there are the more prosaic and mundane aspects of this "New Americana." There are its relations with NATO and Europe - its undermining of NATO in essence, even if it never formally reneges. What comfort is that to Europe - The West - Western Civilization? If "a promise is a comfort to a fool" - there can be no comfort - Europe should be wise! Canada... Greenland... Venezuela...
It seems that the American policy appears to be the creation of instability, in terms of European state security among the States themselves and also internally within the European States. There have been "unabashed" - "shameless" attempts and successes, in the internal intervention within those Nation States, by the Trump administration and America Project supporters, in ways which would make a neo-colonial power of the 60s blush - and this is Europe!
Africa should therefore be cautious. Whilst Africa still seeks continental unity - Trump attempts to "dismember" the EU - what's in store for Africa?
TRUMP - EUROPE
NATO
There shall be a further European War.
Therefore - "Africa be careful with your treasures - at least for the next decade or so - for you shall witness such "turmoil" - "confusion" - "devastation" - "destruction" - THAT THEY ARE SAFER - IN THE GROUND!"
LONG EUROPEAN
WAR
In the event briefing - "Continental African Unity: Africa Is Not For Sale!" - it was stated -
"The most dangerous position to occupy, at this point in time, for any African - is that of a political - state level - national level - leader - since it is you, who shall be "the point of attack" (or abducted) by those external forces - that have imperial ambitions. These are those who would seek to impose a "second colonialism" on Africa - you will be approached (or abducted) - to sell our resources and you will have to resist this. Note at this point in time - in this "dynamic flux state" - global order - your power is indeed - "the millstone of power," which you wear on behalf of the African Peoples. To ease the weight of your "burden" - The Vanguard shall assist - "Let our minerals remain in the ground - until we are continentally united - Africa is not for sale."
Here we consider the major aspects of this "continental strategy."
It is continental in application - this means that the entire continent of Africa, becomes "The Field" within which, African States and Leaders operate.
The advantage of this is that - African States and Leaders, will be able to develop their own African "intra-continental diplomacy" - with specific reference to this - "Buried Treasures Protocol." What does this mean?
The African Revolutionary Peoples Vanguard practices - "Revolutionary Pragmaticism" - our Pan-Africanism is based on "realism" - we apply a "realist" - "power politics approach" - to International Relations and Global Affairs.
This means that we do not "unnecessarily bind the hands" of our noble leaders, whom the ancestors or any other 'first postulate' - has deemed worthy to be a leader.
Of course, that mantle of leadership can be withdrawn, through a breach of "The Social Contract" with the Peoples.
But assuming that the leadership is "noble" and The State legitimate (in that, it attempts to implement the Four Pillars of Civilised Society) - the leader of any African State, should not fear and shall not be placed in a unnecessarily difficult position - vis-à-vis - those external forces, which would seek to exploit and ultimately, enslave The Peoples.
Therefore, it is understood that - the "Buried Treasures Protocol" - is applied continentally - for example, if "State A" is compelled by one reason or another - to "illegitimately" have to dig up and sell at a disadvantage, minerals - that event should be noted by other African leaders - "States B, C, D"... and within the "private" - "intra-african" - "diplomatic forums" of which many of you are aware. "Variations" - "adjustments" - can be made within your own Nation's considerations, to neutralise the "negative effects" of the attempted exploitative behaviour of external forces.
In a nutshell - what is being described by the Vanguard, is a "mutual aid" - "mutual assistance" - system, for African Nation States and Peoples.
Most leaders will be familiar with such "groupings" - "associations" - "coalitions" - "organisations" - but this Vanguard aspect, is significantly different.
The Vanguard operates "transcendentally" within the context of Africa - it means that it considers the continent of Africa as ONE - A CONTINENTAL UNITY. In other words - ALL IS ONE - there are only - ONE PEOPLES of CONTINENTAL AFRICA!
Therefore, in this example that has just been given - on the surface, in "appearance" - it would seem that the principle has been broken - but in reality - it has not. For purposes of security - this discussion ends here - for "Let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth” (Matthew 6:3, KJV) .
